If you submit or post any text, images, ideas, feedback, or other materials (“User Content”) you grant the Company a worldwide, perpetual, irrevocable, royalty-free, sublicensable license to use, reproduce, distribute, adapt, display, and create derivative works from that User Content in any media now known or later developed.
5.2 Standards. You agree not to:

Upload or share anything unlawful, harmful, defamatory, obscene, or infringing.
Violate any third-party rights or local, state, national, or international law.
Impersonate any person or entity or misrepresent your affiliation with the Company.
We may remove or disable any User Content or suspend your access at our sole discretion.

The Site may link to third-party websites for your convenience. We do not endorse or control those sites and are not responsible for their content, products, or services. Access them at your own risk.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

11. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute arising under or relating to these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Faridabad, Haryana. You agree to submit to personal jurisdiction there and waive any objection based on venue or forum non conveniens. We reserve the right to seek equitable or injunctive relief in any jurisdiction.

12. Miscellaneous

Entire Agreement. These Terms (and documents incorporated by reference) constitute the entire agreement between you and the Company regarding the Site.
Severability. If any provision is held invalid, the remaining provisions remain in full force.
Waiver. Our failure to enforce any right or provision is not a waiver of future enforcement.
Assignment. You may not assign these Terms without our prior written consent; we may freely assign them.
